Dr. Eunice Gwanmesia is a transformative leader and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). As the founder and CEO of Eunity Solutions, she partners with executives and organizations to develop inclusive cultures that foster innovation, leadership, and a true sense of belonging. Drawing from her lived experience as an immigrant and her extensive work in DEIB, Dr. Gwanmesia has made it her mission to address the challenges of cultural responsiveness and representation in the workplace.
In recognition of her commitment to service and community leadership, Dr. Gwanmesia was honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award by President Joe Biden in 2022, having contributed over 4,000 volunteer hours to community initiatives. Beyond this accolade, she is a wife, mother of two, and a dedicated nurse with extensive healthcare experience. Dr. Gwanmesia is a member of the American Nurses Association and Delaware Nurses Association. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University.

Arrey Obenson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of International Institute of St. Louis. Since his appointment in February 2021, the Institute has seen tremendous growth, has raised the profile of the organization and developed a clear vision for St. Louis for the next 100 years. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Transformunity, a consulting firm that harnesses opportunities of corporations and organizations to transform the world, and previously served as Secretary General of Junior Chamber International, an organization of young leaders active in 124 countries.
Obenson has been recognized as a Great Immigrant, Great American in 2022 by the Carnegie Corporation of New York and Titan 100 CEO of St. Louis amongst other awards. He is a husband, father of two boys, and an active citizen. He is a barrister at law and member of the Cameroon Bar Association. He holds a Master of Law degree from Washington University in Saint Louis, United States.

Miss Mariama Sahid is the Executive Director and Founder of Secure Her Empowerment for Peace (SHE4Peace) in Sierra Leone. Dr. Julius Mullen
Chief Inclusion Officer of Children & Families First
Leading, teaching, coaching and mentoring are among life’s most precious gifts for Dr. Julius Mullen Sr. Julius is the Chief Inclusion Officer for Children & Families First of Delaware where he was the Chief Clinical Officer for 15 years. Dr. J also had the privilege of serving as the inaugural Executive Director for the Bryan Allen Stevenson School of Excellence. In his executive roles, Julius has helped to spearhead an array of projects including a Brain Science Training Institute, Trauma Informed Management, Leadership Development Initiative, Equity-Diversity-Inclusion Task Force, Trauma Response Team, Innovation Lab, Parent-Driven Education Platform, and a Youth Resilience Mentoring Program.
Overseeing millions of dollars, he's lead a number of non-profit programs in behavioral health, education, child welfare and community development. Although he’s grateful for his individual accomplishments and accolades, he credits a team of talented colleagues for exemplifying compassion, creativity and excellence throughout his professional career.
His love and expertise for brain science/trauma informed care, professional development, youth mentoring and diversity have given him an extensive platform to share his knowledge at national, state and local levels. He has conducted hundreds of presentations to thousands of professionals, community leaders, parents and youth. Dr. J can also be found on the campus of Wilmington University where he enjoys teaching psychology, counseling, education and preventions science from undergraduate to doctorate level courses. When not in the classroom, Julius mentors aspiring executives, doctorate students and community leaders as they pursue their professional aspirations.
Julius is also a proud graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute from University of Michigan School of Social Work, School of Business and the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities. He completed his doctoral studies from Wilmington University in Innovation and Leadership in 2004 and earned his master’s degree in counseling in 1998. Being a national certified counselor and licensed professional counselor of mental health has given him the pleasure to practice in the state of Delaware where he is credentialed in trauma-specific interventions.
Dr. Mullen believes everyone should advocate for what one is passionate. Through the lens of advocacy, Julius serves on several national and state-wide boards and affiliations including Trauma Matters Delaware (president), Executive Leadership Institute for Social Current, Sussex County Health Coalition (former president), 100 Black Men of Delaware, BeeBe Healthcare Advisory Committee and a national Black Male Executive Affinity Group.
Dr. Mullen and his wife Natasha are both clinical mental health experts who also direct a small grassroots youth leadership organization called IMPACT Delaware comprised of two gender-based programs, MAN UP and UNIQUE. They have been deserving recipients of many accolades such as two Jefferson awards for their community advocacy and leadership but none greater than the fruits of their labor. 100% of their youth graduated from high school, 96% of whom were college graduates, college attendees, military enlistees or gainfully employed (IMPACT Outcome Study, 2020). Julius and Tasha answered to call from the community by publishing three children’s books, Just Love Me, I Got a Big Brain and I Will Man Up which advocates for childhood compassion, resiliency and diversity.
In Julius’ spare time, he loves spending time with his family/friends, enjoying one of his home cooked special dishes with others or traveling to the Caribbean islands.

Stephanie McClellan is the current President of the Delaware Nurses Association. In addition to this role, she is the Cancer Institute Manager at Bayhealth Cancer Center and the Program Director for RN Refresher at University of Delaware and an Adjunct Professor for Biological Sciences at Delaware State University. Stephanie has been a Registered Nurse for over a decade. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on Visionary Nursing Leadership from Colorado Christian University, a dual Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Nursing Leadership and Management, both from Walden University and an Associated in Nursing from Delaware Technical and Community College.
Stephanie is passionate about Nursing Practice and the power the profession has to change and amplify healthcare in a way that exceeds patient needs. She is devoted to Innovation, Advocacy, and Empowerment across Nursing, especially in Delaware.
Stephanie is a member of AONL, DONL, ANA, DNA, a graduate of the AONL Nurse Manager Fellowship in 2017 and holds dual Certifications; Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) and Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC). Stephanie was Nominated for AONL Young Professional Voices in 2022 and Nominated for Advancing and Leading the Profession in 2022 and 2024.
